Shipping & Returns

Shipping times and costs

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.

During periods of high demand, such as holidays, Christmas, and sales, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the user.
In case of delivery impediments due to force majeure or special circumstances (e.g., strikes, restricted traffic areas, inability of dedicated vehicles to access), Fiori di Mandorlo will contact the user via email to inform them of the delay in delivery times. Fiori di Mandorlo cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays due to third-party actions and/or force majeure.

Failed delivery

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt or leave instructions to reschedule the delivery.

After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be held in storage, and Fiori di Mandorlo's Customer Service will contact the user to resolve the storage issue and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchased product will be returned to Fiori di Mandorlo. Thirty days after the date the product was returned to Fiori di Mandorlo, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled in accordance with Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. Fiori di Mandorlo will proceed to refund the amount paid by the user, minus the costs of the unsuccessful product delivery, as well as the costs of returning the product to Fiori di Mandorlo and storage costs. The termination of the contract and the refund amount will be communicated to the user via email. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the user for the purchase.

Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the user at the address specified in the order form.

The risk of loss or damage to the purchased product rests with Fiori di Mandorlo until the product is delivered by the carrier to the buyer or anyone who accepts delivery on behalf of the buyer. In the event that the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user must report it at the time of delivery by signing the appropriate Proof of Delivery (POD) document provided by the courier. In case of failure to report as indicated above, the customer cannot make a claim against Fiori di Mandorlo, which is not liable for non-communication through a signature with reservation.

Return Policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 for "contracts negotiated away from business premises," in case of dissatisfaction with the purchase made, the Consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods, by following the online procedure within the Personal Area of our website and waiting for confirmation from our team. The possibility of return or exchange is excluded for gift cards, discounted items, or any type of personalized product.

The product must be returned in intact condition (for example, products must be clean, free from scratches, damage, dents, or abrasions).

Products must be returned in their original packaging with the accessories, components, and illustrative materials contained in the original packaging. Otherwise, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, the user is responsible for the decrease in value of the products resulting from handling the products in a manner other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In such a case, Fiori di Mandorlo reserves the right to ask the user for reimbursement of the ascertained decrease in value.

Shipping costs for returns are at the buyer's expense.

For exercising the right of withdrawal, it is not required that the goods to be returned be insured against theft and accidental damage during transport. However, since the risk inherent in returning the goods rests with the buyer, Fiori di Mandorlo invites the buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to use a secure shipping method.

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if the sale concerns tailor-made or personalized products.

How to make a return

If the user has an account, they simply need to access the Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return, and click on the button to request a return, indicating the reason and the items to be returned in the appropriate section. If the user purchased as a guest, they must first create an account with the email from which they ordered and then follow the same steps described above. They will then be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return.

If the customer ships the item to be returned at their own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to reimburse the costs incurred or guarantee a refund for the order.

Once the return has been authorized by our team, the user can proceed with shipping the goods with the courier of their choice.


Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

In accordance with art. 56, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code, only after the return of the product, which must never have been used by the buyer, Fiori di Mandorlo will proceed as quickly as possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods, to refund the user. The refund amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that refund times may vary depending on the different payment methods.

The refund will be free of charge and will only include the amount of the product or items being returned in the case of a partial return, while it will include the amount of the products and the initial shipping costs in the case of a full order return.
