Orders and Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) and handed over to the courier, who guarantees delivery within 24/48 hours.
During periods of high demand, such as holidays, Christmas, or sales, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code, which will allow you to track your shipment.
For urgent requests, you can write to ordini@fioridimandorloatelier.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
Please note: some jewellery may be available for pre-order. In these cases, shipping times are longer and are indicated directly on the product page.
Unless otherwise specified, the jewellery is ready for delivery.
We ship to Italy and Europe.
• Italy: €6.95
• Europe: the cost is automatically calculated at checkout.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €200
Yes. When the parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow and potentially customize the delivery to a collection point.
Returns and exchanges
Yes. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.
1. Log in to your account using the email address you used to place the order or click "view order" in your order confirmation email.
2. Click "Request return"
3. You will receive an email confirming your return request. You will then need to wait for another email approving the request, which will contain all instructions for shipping the return.
4. Prepare the original package with the jewelry and all accessories exactly as you received them. The jewelry must not have been used. Once received, we will verify the product and reserve the right not to issue a refund if there are signs of use, damage, or missing items.
5. Ship the package using the shipping service of your choice, provided it is delivered to the address indicated in the instructions.
We are not responsible for any delays or issues related to shipping carried out by the customer.
Shipping costs for both delivery and any exchanges are borne by the customer.

Once we receive the package, we will verify the product.
If the jewel is intact and unused, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return to the same payment method used for the order.
We reserve the right not to proceed with the refund if the product shows signs of use or wear.
Returns are not available for:
• gift cards
• personalised products
• sale items
Jewellery and materials
Fiori di Mandorlo Atelier jewellery is made of:
• 925 silver and 925 silver with gold plating
• bronze with gold plating
Stones and pearls are specified on individual product pages.
Some heavier jewellery pieces are made of bronze to offer a more accessible price.
Upon request, they can also be produced in 925 silver.
We currently do not work with gold.
Fiori di Mandorlo Atelier jewellery is made in Italy by expert goldsmiths.
The process combines traditional wax modeling and 3D design. Many stages of the manufacturing and finishing process are done by hand, which is why each piece may have small differences that make it unique.
Jewellery Care
925 silver jewellery can be cleaned with classic silver cleaning products,
paying attention to the stones.
For gold-plated jewellery, we recommend simply using a jewellery cloth.
To best preserve your jewellery:
• avoid contact with water and perfumes
• avoid chemical agents or detergents
• remove jewellery when showering, swimming in the sea or pool
• store the jewellery in its box
Within two years of purchase, we offer free re-plating (shipping costs are excluded).
Fiori di Mandorlo jewellery is not mass-produced but handcrafted, which is why each
piece is unique.
Sizes and customizations
You can consult the size guide in the "size guide" section, which you can find above the purchase buttons on the product page.
If the desired size is not available, we can produce it on request (with the exception of some models).
Write to us and we will send you a quote.
It is currently not possible to modify the design of the jewellery.
However, you can request some modifications such as:
• chain lengths
• materials
• stones
• minor adjustments

The world Fiori di Mandorlos
Yes.
Each Fiori di Mandorlo Atelier jewel is inspired by artistic, literary, or symbolic references.
Inside the package, you will find a card dedicated to the jewel with information on materials and care, along with the story of its inspiration.
On the website, you can always read the complete description of the jewel, which explains its meaning and creative process.
Each piece of jewellery is individually packaged in a Fiori di Mandorlo Atelier box.
Inside you will find:
• the jewellery card with information on materials and care
• the story of the jewellery, recounting its inspiration and creation
Everything is placed in the shipping box.
If you wish, you can add a gift bag or gift card in the gifts section.
We currently do not have any physical stores or retailers.
